Can you describe the storage facility?

ATC Storage offers indoor and outdoor storage services for various types of vehicles, including boats, RVs, cars, trucks, and trailers. We’ve been in business for over 5 years and are experts in vehicle storage. Our facility provides over 70,000 square feet of indoor/covered storage, with options for both heated and non-heated spaces. In addition to indoor storage, we have outdoor storage available for over 450 vehicles. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 HD surveillance cameras, an advanced security system, and main gate security. The property is fully fenced, ensuring that your vehicle remains secure at all times.

Do I have to park my vehicle?

Tenants do not need to park their own cars, RVs, trailers, or boats, except for tenants with fifth-wheel trailers, who will need to park their own vehicle.

Do I need proof of insurance and ownership?

Yes, proof of insurance is required as part of the storage contract for legal purposes.

When can I drop off my vehicle?

By appointment only

• Summer Season: Drop-offs are scheduled between April 1st and May 15

• Winter Season: Drop-offs are scheduled between October 1st and November 15.

Do I cover my vehicle?

Yes, you may cover your boat, motorcycle, or trailer at drop-off. For cars: our staff will cover your car as long as a car cover is provided and left on the front seat of your vehicle.

How are payments handled?

Payments will be made through e-transfer only.
